Crevanta provides AI-powered commercial real estate document intelligence services, including lease abstraction, rent roll audit, and financial spreading. The Service processes uploaded documents and returns structured data extracted from them.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. We claim no ownership over your content. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract data from documents. While we strive for high accuracy, AI extraction may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before making business decisions based on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or real estate advice.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing is available at crevanta.ai/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crevanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination. We will delete your account data within 30 days of termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
