Our Mission

Crevanta exists to eliminate the manual bottleneck in commercial real estate document workflows. CRE professionals spend thousands of hours each year reading, abstracting, and analyzing leases, operating statements, and financial documents. We automate that work with AI, giving teams their time back to focus on what matters: making better investment decisions.

What We Do

Crevanta is an AI platform built for commercial real estate. It has two products:

• Underwriting & Valuation — from a rent roll and operating statements to market comps, a valuation, a BOV and an Excel model
• Lease Abstraction — commercial leases read into structured terms, each cited to the page it came from

Why CRE Document Intelligence Matters

Commercial real estate transactions involve stacks of documents -- each containing critical financial terms, obligations, and risk factors. Traditional manual processing is slow, expensive, and error-prone. A single missed rent escalation clause or miscategorized expense line item can change what a deal is worth.

We built Crevanta to solve this problem. Our AI reads documents the way an experienced analyst would -- understanding context, recognizing patterns, and extracting the data that drives investment decisions -- and showing the page every figure came from.

Our Approach

A figure you cannot trace is a figure you cannot defend, so every number Crevanta produces carries the document, page and passage it was read from. What that means in practice:

• PDFs, scans and Excel exports are read alike -- the state of the copy stops deciding which documents get processed
• Every extracted field is checkable against the source passage rather than taken on trust
• Where a document is genuinely ambiguous, it is surfaced for review instead of quietly assigned a value
• Operating statements are coded to one consistent chart of accounts, so two properties are comparable
