Crevanta vs V7 Go: CRE-Native or General Document AI?

Crevanta vs V7 Go

Quick Summary

It would be convenient to write that V7 Go is a general document-AI platform that does not really do real estate. That is not what its site says, so this page does not say it.

V7 Go is a multi-vertical document-AI platform — its homepage leads with private markets and PE — but real estate is one of three named verticals, and the surface is substantial: a lease abstraction agent claiming 100+ data points, rent-roll parsing, and an AI Broker Opinion of Value Agent.

The real difference is depth versus breadth, and who the platform is shaped around.

Side by Side

Every V7 cell is what V7 publishes on its own site, checked on 1 September 2026.

Where V7 Go Is the Better Choice

  • Compliance is a procurement gate. V7 publishes the strongest security posture of any vendor in this comparison set: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA and GDPR, plus a public trust portal. We publish none of those.
  • You are an EU or GDPR-strict buyer. The commitment that data will not be stored outside the EU is a hard differentiator, and it is published rather than implied.
  • Your document work is heterogeneous. A firm running leases and insurance submissions and PE diligence buys one platform instead of three. A CRE-only tool cannot serve that.
  • You want a specific accuracy claim. V7 publishes 99.5% and 100+ extracted fields. Those are falsifiable numbers most vendors, including us, decline to put in writing.

Where Crevanta Is the Better Choice

  • You want CRE conventions, not configuration. Loss to lease deducted beneath gross potential rent, vacancy taken on scheduled rent, WALT measured from the rent roll's as-of date — these are opinions a CRE-native engine holds by default. A general platform is configured into them.
  • You need the valuation, not just the extraction. V7 publishes no valuation, IRR or returns capability.
  • Chart-of-accounts coding matters. Two statements coded differently are not comparable. V7 claims cash-flow modelling but publishes no normalisation to a standard chart of accounts.
  • A US data-residency requirement. V7 publishes EU-only residency; if your data must stay in the US, ask before assuming.

On V7's BOV Agent

V7 names an AI Broker Opinion of Value Agent, and it currently ranks well for that query. We could not establish from their published material whether it produces a delivered BOV document or a workflow that assembles one, so this comparison does not characterise it either way.

That distinction matters more than it sounds. A BOV is a document someone forwards to an owner — the difference between "the analysis exists" and "the document exists" is the difference between work done and work still to do. If you are evaluating both, ask V7 for a sample output.

How This Comparison Was Made

Every V7 claim was read from V7's own website on 1 September 2026 and linked above. Where search results attributed a capability to V7 that we could not find on a fetched page — chart-of-accounts normalisation among them — it was excluded rather than published in either direction.
