MRI Contract Intelligence is a contract data extraction product for large enterprises. MRI describes it as serving "200+ Real estate, accounting, consulting, and Fortune 1000 corporations", across real estate leases, asset leases, data centre leases, telecom contracts and loan agreements.
Crevanta underwrites property deals. The overlap is narrow — both read leases — and the products diverge immediately after that.
The clearest signal is what MRI does not publish: no rent roll analytics, no operating-statement spreading, no underwriting, no valuation, no BOV. It is not trying to price a deal.
Every MRI cell is what MRI publishes on its own site, checked on 1 September 2026.

We did not write "MRI Contract Intelligence is Leverton, rebranded." MRI's 2019 newsroom release confirms the acquisition, and the current product page carries the same 25-language extraction claim — but that page never says "Leverton". The acquisition is a fact; the product identity is an inference.
We did not repeat the "85% review-time reduction" or the Derwent London figures that circulate in search results. Those came from third-party pages, not MRI's own site. MRI's own published figure is 50–75%, which is what appears in the table.
Every MRI claim was read from MRI's own website on 1 September 2026 and linked above. Third-party figures were excluded even where they were more flattering to MRI, because a claim you cannot check is not a claim worth publishing.
